Eaton Sales & Service LLC – Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Construction, Service, and Sales departments. This position is a key part of daily office operations and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Construction, Service, and Sales teams
- Manage work orders, job setup, purchase orders, billing support, and project documentation
- Maintain employee time records, payroll support documentation, and internal tracking logs
- Process invoices, receipts, and job-related paperwork within company systems
- Coordinate customer service requests and assist with scheduling and dispatch support
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers at the front counter
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Support general office operations and additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license required
